Welcome to Domus Tuscia!
We invite you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions, which regulate the use of our facility and the services offered. By making a reservation, you fully accept what is stated in this document.
General information
Domus Tuscia is a farmhouse located in Strada Felcete 30, Viterbo (VT).
The structure offers hospitality in an agritourism formula and can host private events and tasting activities.

Reservations and payments

Reservations can be made via Booking, Airbnb, direct contact or other authorized channels.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit may be required, which varies depending on the number of people, the period, the treatment and the number of nights.

The balance, if not managed by OTAs, is paid by advance bank transfer or upon arrival via electronic payment or cash. Any other method or payment method requires prior agreement.

In case of bookings through third-party platforms (e.g. Booking, Airbnb, Expedia), the specific terms of the platform also apply.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations communicated up to 10 days before arrival will be refunded in full.
For cancellations over 10 days, the deposit may be retained.
In case of no show (no-show without communication), the entire amount of the reservation or deposit will be retained.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: from 15:00 to 19:00 (different times can be considered but only upon advance request). Check-in after 21:00 may be subject to a surcharge.
Check out: by 11:00
Respecting the timetable is important to allow for the correct preparation of the environments.
Rules of the structure
Smoking is not permitted inside closed spaces.
Pets are allowed only upon prior communication and approval.
Guests are required to respect the quiet of the place, especially during the evening and night hours.
Any damage caused inside the rooms, common areas or external areas must be reported and once the amount has been established, compensated.
- It is not permitted to organize parties and events.
Responsibility
The property is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items left unattended.
Access to the garden and outdoor areas is permitted in compliance with nature and safety.
The use of common areas for unforeseen activities must be authorized by the owner.
Privacy
The personal data collected will be processed in compliance with current legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 β GDPR).

Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via this website.
Competent court
For any legal dispute, the competent authority will be the Viterbo Forum.
